I'd guess you'd need 28-29 PSI of boost and be running 28 Inch tall slicks to hit a 10.99 with a 9.

the bottom end is a mystery anlong with the cam, i have ported heads to go on with big valves,but not on car yet. tranny was built by deltrans. i havent been to the track with the car yet. i'm just hoping i bought enough parts not to be dissapointed. i want a 10sec car. by the way what should my o2 look like?
