Evans coolant a good idea or not?

It is a bit expensive, but they also make "Evans Cooling Prep Flush" for $32 a gallon, to suck up the water. I have a new motor build so now is the best time to decide which way. I did buy a gallon of this to slush around in the bottom of the radiator.

Heater core ?

I didn't think of the heater core. I'd have to figure out how to flush that.

Is Evens bad on bearings & piston coatings, if I blow a gasket?

Heater core ?

Remove the HC hoses and run compressed air through. Makes a bit of a mess but does the job quickly.

Grab the garden hose that's missing the male end because you ran over it with a car and squished it.


It'll hook right up to the heater core exit.
