Exhaust housing match up?

I currently have a PT54 with a .63 exhaust housing for an ATR(houston style) DP. I am looking to buy a TE63-1 from a friend. The 63-1 has an exhaust housing set-up for an external wastegate. If I put the exhaust housing from the PT54 on the 63-1 will it work on my car?

Should, may have to play around with the size of the puck as long as they didn't go overboard on the porting of the wastegate hole!

That is a very little step up from the 54 to the 63. Unless you are getting a killer deal you won't see a huge improvement. They're both rated at mid 10s. If you squeeze the most out of both turbos, I think the 63 is worth about 50 more horsepower.

the ex housing on the 54 wont fit on a 63 without machining.
