exhaust housing problem??

I have a PTE-44 turbo and I am switching housings on it. I got the 3 bolts out easy but the other 2 bolts are so close to the cast iron piece where the oil feed line goes down into.Can anyone explain how I get these 2 bolts off

Im just afraid that these 2 bolts don't and are not supposed to come off but thenhoiw do I take off the exhaust housing.Do i just untighten these 2 bolts, and are they shorter then the other 3 that were easy to take off? Thanks
