Explanation please?

can someone tell me, preferably in detail, exactly what a stage 2 motor is? i know theres a guy here (in jacksonville fl) that has one and is twin turbo. i believe his name is kendall? insight is much appreciated.

I'm not real hard to find..I've emailed you, I believe. I am in the process..the really slow process, in my case..of building a S2 twin car.
