Just found out my grand kids, step daughter and her aunt were 3 blocks away from the blast eating in a restaurant. That's not a good feeling...
The library was just a fire, not a bomb.

If the find the guy behind this they should rig up a similar device and put it under a chair he is tied to. Put a clock that counts down to the explosion right in front of him. BUT, when it hits zero have it so nothing happens and then when he breathes a sigh of relief light him up!

Thoughts on domestic or foreign terrorism? Thinking domestic.

NOBODY is going to hug this guy unless they are a terrorist. Whoever did this will get caught. This terrorist act qualifies for the death penalty.
I prefer to feel pride and thankfulness for the all the people that rushed to help the injured. Police, doctors, nurses, marathon workers and regular citizens pitched in to help in a nasty situation. I still believe there are more good people than bad in the world.

MY son was in the crowd with in 30 feet of the blast talk about a shitty feeling not knowing if he was alright He was able to text me back after 20 mins People that do stuff like this should be killed no other way of putting it there was alot of kids there And you dont mess with kids Hope this ends well and my heart goes out to the ones we lost And thank you all who didnt run and stayed to help

I know that no one is going to hug him. That comment was more of a reflection of the long drawn out process these things take. I think.

I don't think the world is turning to crap, I think it's always been there. There are probably less people murdered in current times than the Dark ages, despite there being a much larger population now. I think there is about the same % of crazy people as there has always been. The larger amount of people means there are more crazy people. And with modern technology the odds of these events being filmed has greatly escalated. With the media showing mostly bad news, because it gives them the best ratings, we are seeing and hearing more of these events.

... One family really got hit hard.. 5 year old boy dead. Mother missing her legs an head injures, I forget what they said about his little sister but it wasn't good.
