Extender g WOT LU

What is the default setting for this parameter
I was activating decided to check all the others 13 WOT LU was at 1?
I had to depress the gas to get it to 0.
If I released the pedal it went to 1. No wonder my rpm drop was so much shifted at 5400 dropped to 3100.

When you depress the pedal to get it to zero, make sure you hold the pedal there and then turn the key OFF before releasing the pedal to lock the value at what you saw when keyed off.
