I have not been able to pass emissions test in Georgia. The only area that is failing is NOx.

I have 42+/- fp on a TT emission chip. Probably a little high. EGR seems free. The EGR filter is a little dirty. It has a fairly new 4 wire O2 sensor. Everything else seems fine. Cat Converter looks new but do not know condition. I was going to measure the pipe temp in front of and behind the converter to see if behind is hotter. A previous test came close to passing and all I did was put fresh 93 octane gas and some alcohol in fuel tank. One of NOx passed and the 25 mph failed but that was with a TT street chip installed. I appreciate any help.
