When cold as I try to open the throttle it's too lean and wants to stall. When hot it's also a little lean when the throttle is opened, motor shutters montarly I think thie correction is a throttle verses TPIS but how do increase the fuel enrighment verses throttle opening,hot and cold and how much , approx. The engine is plenty rich at cold start up . thanks JOE
