I have a really nice FG hood that I acquired several years ago. It looks like high quality but I don't know the maker. Anyway to know? Are they specifically branded or marked somehow? Give me some ideas, thanks.

If it has the turbo hood scoop / bulge I'd be willing to bet it's made by techniglass.

The one I have has the bulge. It's a bolt on. All hardware transfers over from a stock hood. It's thick and kinda heavy. Definitely fiberglass though.

My Hartline hood is so detailed that there are still "spot weld" marks in the outer flanges where an original steel hood halves would have been spot welded together. The rear trim piece is molded in with the hood. The underside if finished and cut out like a stocker. When painted, the only way to know it's glass is where you can see the underside of the top part of the hood. With a hood pad in place you could never tel. If yours has that much detail it's probably a Hartline.

I think bowling green customs had some but not shure if or who made them

I decided to sell my glass hood take a look in the parts for sale section. I'm absolutely refusing to ship. Pick up in Connecticut only

Dennis Kirban has sold alot of fiberglass hoods over the years (I have one on my car). His is smooth underneath and does not have the factory looking bracing like Hartline's hood, and bolts on using factory hardware (but shorter bolts and special hood shocks).
