11.88 @ 113 mph. This was at the GMHTP shootout yesterday in NJ. Ran a couple of 12.0 before getting it on my last run.
Mods: 44, Blue tops,old school Duttweiler (sp?) front mount, THDP, extender chip and trans +, 2.5 dual exh., 2800 stall 9/11, JJ TB with hemco plenum, BstC, plus the basics I guess.
Oh yeah, SMC dual nozzle kit.
Car turned 100K on the 170 mile drive down. Didn't check the pressure in the 255 BFG drag radials (16"). I try and run them at 25 psi all the time , so that's probably what it was. Conditions were good, I'm guessing around 60 degrees or so.
Alky mix is close to 85/15 denatured an water with some Klotz lube. Turn on point 16#. Pump speed 9.5. I locked the converter early, just before third I think. Sorry about the vague details, but I'm not very scientific with this stuff.
Made 7 passes and drove home. Drove home very happy that is.
