First Ever 200mph Pass on 10.5Ws

Wow, that is amazingly quick! 201 in just 660ft.

Chuckie is definitely getting it done! Nice to see Spiro is not far behind with a 3.99 as well.

The crazy part is Chuck and crew have been fighting converter issues with the car. It's been an issue at every race and also why the car slowed against Pappas this past weekend. It ran 3.99 at 201 and then 4.05 at 195 against Pappas. Once the converter issues are solved, look for their 3.98 record and 201mph trap speed to improve. Even with converter issues they trap anywhere from 10 to 15mph more than the next fastest team. Pretty impressive!

I think I saw Pappas go like 3.99 @ 200 in the semi's. Thought I saw a couple other cars get pretty close to 200 It was nuttz!!! Mike

Pappas went 190mph on his 3.99 run.

There was a lot of confusion on Spiro's trap speed on that pass because the announcer was screaming "199mph!" into the mic after the pass. He did, in fact, run 190mph. Certainly not slow, but not 199mph.
