MAN...What an awesome tuning tool.

This is a quick run down an abandoned street. I know I should have tuned off the A/C. It's rich, and low boost. The injectors are maxed now, so alky will be my next purchase so I can crank up the boost and make this little turbo work. It's a very safe tune, but I'd like to turn it up a bit.

So what do you think?? More boost? More timing? Pull some fuel? I had some knock, so I added 10% fuel to get rid of it. I'm sure I could pull 5% or so out and probably still be okay.

I'll look at this when I get home. Maxed out injectors.

i will look at the log also when i get home. is that all the mods listed in your signature? if so im wondering how you are maxing the injectors out.

That's all the mods. 16lb of boost at the top of first and second gear is reading 100% duty cycle on the injectors. It is rich though with O2s in the .8-teens.

2-3 shift seems to be a bit early too.

Looking at the file, nothing glares out. Are you running 43lbs line off on the regulator? I ran blue tops with 100 oct to 22lbs of boost with the stock turbo. I wasn't going static with them. I had similar mods too.

ok, from looking at your log whats with the voltage? looks like it might be time to upgrade your charging system and look at the grounds

also tunning with 02's suck but from my experience your running rich. how rich is not known but i would pull some fuel out. that will help the duty cycle some. I would look into some 60's soon or an alky kit

also lets get a WB on the car so we can see what the a/f really is. also if you get a WB we can get you a WB chip that way you have real time WB tracking.

Yeah, I've noticed the charging system isn't putting out like it should. I agree it's probably time for an upgrade.

I'm going to pull 5% fuel, and see where that gets me. Sometime in the next month or so, I plan on adding alky, and a new TT chip.

My goal with the car is mid to high 11s. I think it can be done with the combination I have by adding alky, boost, and timing. The car will get new rear control arms, and a good set of drag radials. Over the winter, I'm going through the tranny to make sure it will be able to take the abuse.

Thanks guys.

FYI, if you plan on going eventually with a wideband O2, TT O2 wideband tracking chips start with 50lb injectors so if you are looking ahead to that possibility, you might want to upgrade the injectors/wideband/chip/alky at the same time. With alky you want to run on the rich side since alky delutes the gasoline ie; 11.5 might be good for 93 octane but 10.8 might be right for 93+alky. With the tracking you set the air/fuel ratio and the chip fuels it to keep it there.
Never ends.:D
