I know that this may be a stupid question, but I would like to know how are you guys supplying to the pig tail for the flex fuel sensor?
 
using a fused wire from the fuse box. I have it in a IGN port
 
If you are using the SD2 chip with the flex fuel option you need to connect it to the factory maf plug which supplies the power, ground, and signal wires.
 
I thought I remembered you were. I got a maf pigtail from Casper's and got a flex fuel pigtail from gm and connected them with about 15 ft of wire. I have my sensor above the rear axle between the two hard lines that connect there. I used the info Eric had posted on the SD2 flex fuel post to connect mine.
