Flexplate

Anyone know the difference between turbo and N/A flexplate? They look identical but Pioneer lists 2 different numbers.

Can't remember exactly, but something to do with balancing.

thanks! hopefully someone can elaborate but I'm thinking turbo piston is heavier with full skirt so you are probably right

if you look at the holes in the plate, you see the diff between internal and external balance, but NOT N/A and turbo.

There is a difference in the flexplates and it's not the balance. It has to do with the construction of it. The turbo flexplate is slightly heavier overall and is made to an HD standard. It holds up to the torque of the engine a little better than the NA flexplate. When I started looking for one I had to do a little digging but there is a difference.
