I'm selling my RJC FMIC. Includes everything: pipes (unpolished), hoses and t-clamps. Decided it is more intercooler than I need. Has about 300 miles on it. Because I have it in my GN, and because I wanted it to be more stealth, I put a light coat of black paint on the front. The top pipe has been drilled for alky nozzle. Still have the original heavy duty shipping boxes. Asking $750 plus shipping. Chris

You hinder the heat transfer when you put regular paint on a intercooler, they make a radiator black paint that does not insulate the coil, i think by eastwood company. Are you considering any trades?

Not interested in trades. That's exactly what I used. Eastwoods acrylic enamal, semi-gloss paint. There was some discussion about this on the other board, and this was what was recomended to me. The real concern on a radiator is trapping the heat inside the radiator. Also, some latex based paints will gum-up between the fins. And, as stated, this was a very light single coat. If you don't like black, I'm sure it will come right off with paint thinner.

I like black on the front side of the intercooler as long as it is radiator black paint.

I'm trying to post a picture, but it tells me it is too large. How do you downsize pictures?

Just placed the RJC on ebay. Price reduced to $700.00 and flat shipping rate in U.S. of $100.00.

Here ya go Chris

It was purchased for me by my well-intentioned sons. My car is strictly street driven, and I prefer a more stock appearance. It's way more intercooler than I need.

Nice sons! I was wondering because I have one and thought maybe you had discovered some sort of flaw (how could I think such a thing?).

Good luck with the sale.

Thanks,
Jim
