Probably like all the others CAT, SCAT, EAGLE made in China; might be or might not be machined finished in the US.
They aren't a drop in deal your machinist needs to do some fitting. But they are the real deal heavy forged pieces.
Now if only the Chinese made affordable 4 bolt main blocks to put that crank into.....

I have one of these

not installed yet, but very nice piece!
finish is better than other cranks I've purchased,
for the price, I'd say grab one!

I'd only buy something like a crank from a reputable dealer or vendor here. There's just too much at stake.
