found a 83 thinking of selling my 81

I found a 83 so was thinking of selling the 81.
it has no drivetrain. straight california car clean title.
does need a few patches in the floor and to be completely sanded and painted.
along with interior.
minimal surface rust as I can tell. could probably use a new drivers door as there is a hole in the top.
hoping for what I have into it. $1600 in Placerville California
I have the moonroof motor not installed and top is sealed shut.

Are the doors okay on the bottom? Any other rust other than a hole in the top of the door and some on the floors? Is the frame clean and straight? What is with the hood, is that an older model?

bottoms are fine. just some surface rust . floors seem fine otherwise car is straight and solid . the hood was from a 78-80 I think. I put a 82 header panel on it. it shuts fine just doesnt look correct with it
