frame off help

I have a question. Where to place the lift to remove the body from the frame? I am planning on changing frames and I just wanted to know the PROPER place so I don't ruin anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

lift from the pinch welds . make shore the nose i off first and every thing is diconected first

on a solid roof I go to the door jamb...on a t roof I go in the 1/4 glass...make any sence to ya???

Thanks for the replies! I pretty much thought that was the way to do it. I kind of figured it because that is where we put the lift on most fwd unibody cars. I just wanted to do it right I don't want mess up my newer (too bad not new hehe) sheetmetal. Thanks again.
