I found some frame specs on here and used them to do some measurements some of the holes were not present to pull off of but i got some. so the question is the specs i got are off a small bit here and there no more than a 1/4" some are 1/8" some bang on is this the norm? I know everyone say the G body frame vary allot just wondering if mine is normal!

I would not worry about an 1/8, even 1/4 is not bad if it is a cross measurement which means it's only an 1/8 out. Post a shortcut to the measurements and give me an example of where you are finding the 1/4 difference.
The specs can been seen on pg4 of the X member thread. I pulled the center mounts which were about 1/8" off did the main dia. and one side looked good one off 1/4" also pulled in front of the rear shock tower dead on. i pulled the front mounts and they were 1/8" off. Nothing to crazy as far as being whacked but i wanted to make sure things were not moving during the boxing/notching process!

If you are referring to the center body mount holes measurement (F) which appear to be measured from inside to inside (adding centerline to centerline) for a total 51 3/8" I would not worry about the 1/8" and the same would go for the front body mount holes but if it bothers you and you have the frame out of the car a porta power should spread it easily. If I am understanding you correctly the 1/4" difference is the cross measurement from (E to G) for a total cross measurement of 78 9/16", If you are out 1/4" here an 1/8" of movement with a porta power will make these two dimensions symmetrical.
Anyone happen to have their frame sitting with the body off and could measure between the mount holes for me? The specs i have seen and used all seem to vary and i measured my body mounts and they seem off in some spots where i been welding so things probably moved a bit just want to be sure i get them back where they need to be!

I did my best to get measurements from the body and compare them but i really dont know if it sits dead center of the body holes to be exact but the center mounts were off by about 1" or so and i could look down one rail and see the bow i took a small strap around them and cranked it down and it pulled it back very close di the same with the horn so i know it will all move fairly easy.
