Front bumper filler REMOVAL....How difficult?

I see there are 3 small screws that hold upper portion and 4 bolts holding the side on. Also there appears to be 1 small black push clip up near the grill area too. On that note can this push clip be re-used, because is seems like it has to be pryed off which in some cases damages them.

AND.........................

Once eveything is removed how easy is to wiggle out from behind the bumper???

It would be much easier to remove the bumper. Less chances of hurting the paint. As far as that clip goes. 10 to 1 it breaks or gets unusable. Very seldom do clips like these servive, especaily after so many years.
