I have a CAS V2 front mount and the pipe feeding the TB requires a 6" long hose. I see that most others require 3" long hose and almost butt right up to the TB. Are there other IC pipes that will work with this CAS V2??

can you post a pic of it and just curious how much was it and where did you get it?...thanks noah.

Jeremy, do you have the CAS 2 1/2" or 3" piepes, most of the earlier CAS stuff had the 2.5" piping used with stock up pipe. If you have the 2.5 pipes, you may be able to use the Cottons 3" pipe. You have to talk to Jack and see if that works.

I've put Cotton's 3" pipes on two V2's and the only issue is that you have to cut about 4" out of the vertical part of the intercooler to throttle body pipe. I made the cut about even with the water pump pulley, rolled a bead into the ends, and used a 4" piece of hose. (It also makes a nice place to put an lt1 maf :-).) This was 2-3 years ago, so check with Jack when you order them to make sure he didn't change the pipes when he updated his intercooler.

Here's a pic of mine...V2 with 3" pipes...my hose is about 5"...are you sure you don't have the pipe backwards...try pulling it out of the bottom hose a little more so it pushes the top closer to the TB...
