FS: 3" THDP and adjustable upper control arms

I have a 6 month old 3" Terry Houston downpipe that is stainless steel. The pipe is used with an internal wastegate and has a 1.375" puck. The pipe is in excellent condition, includes stainless steel bolts to the turbine housing. Does not include a test pipe. I paid $425, looking for $350 plus shipping.

I also have a pair of Hotchkis upper adjustable control arms for sale. They are 3-4 years old and have about 5k miles on them. The bushings have been well greased and are in great shape. The arms are really nice pieces and beefy. These arms got me into the mid 1.6x shorts when I swapped them out for my stockers. Only reason I'm selling is cause I got a great deal on a set of double adjustable UMI control arms. Looking for $200 plus shipping.
