hey i changed my ECM 86-87 i got the turbo tweek chip and the match and the 60 lbs injectors,i have the mat sensor,i got the car running but my injectors wont open, the only way they open is if i use my light testor on one of the injector wires,thats the only way the car will run but its only one injector working,so the car starvs for gas,i have no pulse on the injectors just a steady ligh,even with a new computer, so ithink the next step is to find the ground wire to the injectors but hsve no clue where can it be,anybody any ideas?any help would be appreciated.and another question iforgot,on what psi i need to set my new fuel pressure regulator is it 43 lbs? thanks.,

Key on....test lite ground wire hooked to engine...1 wire on the inj harness at every inj should be "hot". The accompanying wire is the ground wire...Each inj has it's own grnd circuit, because the system is sequential.
When you hit the ground wire to ground w/ the test lite, that's why only 1 inj fired....
Fuses good?
Getting rpm signal when cranking?

the fuses seen to be ok check them last night also how do i check for rpms?:confused:

The ecm fires the injectors with the ground. Something is missing. Power to ecm, or a wire configuration issue.

Remove the ECM connectors and locate the common ground at the ECM.
Probe it to ground with a VOM. This is specifically for Vin 9!

Also, make sure the TPS is set correctly (0.42-0.46V).
In the picture it looks to be very high, and it could put the ECM in Clear Flood mode, cutting of the fuel.

Edit;
Try the TPS setting first.

Injectors

Check the fuses that I outlined in the attachment. If they are good check your ground wires. If all else is checks out you may have a bad cam sensor. I believe the ecm gets it's pulse reference from the cam signal and that tells the injectors when to fire.
