Bosch 237 reg showing around 40 psi with line off what do y'all think weak pump possibly???

I wouldn't be too worried about that, IIRC the range on those is something like 37 - 43. The better test is if the fuel pressure raises like it should when boost comes on. FWIW has the fuel filter been replaced? What is the FP at idle recommended by your chip manufacturer?
