Turn key on/engine off...Fuel pump turns on for 1.5-2 seconds.=Good
Start car and runs fine for 10-15 seconds and it stalls=bad
Fuel pump keeps running for 1 full minute after key is off and pulled out=Bad

Things I have done:
Pulled hot wire connection at tank and plugged in stock connection. Result=Same problem
I disconnected oil pressure switch and sprayed it down with cleaner in connections=Same problem

I can keep it running if I give it gas.=wierd

limited time to figure this out today.
any help is appreciated.

The first item I would label as the suspect would be the fuel pump relay, second would be the computer.

Do you have a pressure gauge on the fuel rail or in the car you can check?

Fuel pressure is at 43 line off. varified with portable gauge and in car autometer gauge
I got it to idle and rev just fine, but any amount of load in Reverse or Drive it will stall without any gas. If I do gas it in Drive, it falls on its face and dies.

Car ran/boosted perfect before these mods:
I replaced the Altenator with a Duralast unit #1457-6-4...I believe that is the right one.
TT SD chip (Gas) I am still on gas till I get bugs worked out. This chip is mafless.
120lb injectors
Modded ECM by Bob B.
Power logger
FP, boost, and LC1 wideband
Turbo

Also... My boost solenoid is clicking intermittently on starts.

Maybe a wiring problem? IDK.

What should the MAP read when idling?
Right now it shows .12 and doesnt move.

I also didnt "hook up'' and MAP wire to the PL. I am thinking it shoud get it onfo from the ECM. Am I wrong?

So, I'm supposed to run a wire from the MAP to the l2 port of the PL. I read that and somehow thought my 3 bar MAP would go through the PL anyway. I'll see if that solves all my problems..lol
Thanks

You got it.
You will probably have to remove any fuel you added with the adjustments, once you have the correct MAP signal. You will normally see a MAP reading of 30-40kPa at idle.

Got it!
Car runs and spools great in the driveway at least! I'll take it for a ride when the weather is better tho.

Thanks to all.

Eric is awesome.....I sent him a log once and he said I needed to get more rest a better job and cut down on my drinking.....car went 10.80 the next weekend.

Im freakin stoked!!!! Cant wait to start really tuning this car! I had it running with a T63 at 20-21 PSI and it ran really good. New turbo, injectors,IC, and Eric's SD chip should go far beyond my goals.
Thanks again Eric!

Congradulations! Keep us informed on the progress
On a side note, I have to remind myself often of the old adage,"when all else fails, read the instructions!" lol! Isn't it a blessing to have "good help" these days?

Only 10.80's? Maybe you need to work on your "log" a little more. :)
