I was wondering what the stock fuel pump is and what it flows, i'm a newbie with whats in there.

same as a gmc syclone typhoon pump not very good for anything but the tamest combos i believe it's a little less than 225lph if that helps you. Valve springs and a fuel pump should be the first priorities

OK guys, Whats the best pump to use that will go in exactly the same as a factory one --- Read - NO Modifications to the car.. How about a Hot wire kit ??? And who has this stuff ?? Thanx Turbota.
