Fuel Rail fitting

I want to change my fuel line to braided line . Anyone know the parts # for the 2 fitting that go on the rail and the FPR ?

The fittings used in the fuel system for the turbo Regal are Saginaw (metric O ring type)

Fuel injection feed 3/8" Saginaw - tube nut thread:16mm X 1.5 - O-ring part GM number: 22514722 (7.35MM ID X 1.66MM Thick)
Fuel injection return 5/16" Saginaw - tube nut thread: 14mm X 1.5 - O-ring part GM number: 22516256 (6.07mm ID X 1.30mm Thick)

Earl's adapters from -6AN to Saginaw (metric O ring fittings)

Fuel supply line uses Saginaw 16mm x 1.5 fittings at:
* Either side of fuel filter . . . . See adapting to the fuel filter below:
* End of the fuel supply line at frame on drivers side of engine,
* Into the fuel rail on passenger side.

To adapt AN fittings to the engine fuel supply points use:
* Earl's # 991955 to adapt the Saginaw 16mm x 1.5 male fitting to a -6AN male fitting
*Then Earl's # 165006 -6 AN Male to 3/8 inch Hard Line Tubing Adapter

To connect the GF 481 (AC) standard efi filter to 3/8 lines use:
* Earl's fitting # 991955 to adapt the regular 16mm x 1.5 female fitting to a -6AN male fitting. Then:
* Earl's #165106 -6AN Female to 3/8 Tubing Hard Line Tubing Adapter
* or Earl's # 581806 -6AN 3/8 Tube B Nut, if you flare your own tube end, be sure to get the tube sleeve that goes with the nut
* or Earl's # 800106 Straight -6AN Female to Swivel-Seal -6AN Hose End

Fuel return line uses 14mm x 1.5 Saginaw fittings at
* End of the fuel return line at frame on drivers side of engine
* Out of the fuel pressure regulator on drivers side

To adapt AN fittings to the engine fuel return points use:
* Earl's # 991954 to adapt the Saginaw 14mm x 1.5 male fitting to a -6AN male fitting
*Then use Earl's # 935106 90Deg. Tube Bend, -6AN Female to -6AN Female
*Then Earl's # 165056 -6 AN Male to 5/16 Hard Line Tubing Adapter

confused . Can you just put it simple part # of the one I need for fuelrail feed and return only , and also the one that go onto the line at the frame too, sorry am stupid ,
