Exactly!! Get a 3ft length of hose & mount it to the window when needed for tuning. Caspers has one ready to go along with other vendors.

I made mine. 100 psi gauge, 2" American made US gage brand from tractor supply, about $7. 1/4" NPT to 1/4" FFL adapter, A/C charging hose from NAPA p/n NTE 783500, about $17.
