Hi everyone,
I didnt notice any orings on the inlet or return connections to the fuel rail when i took my off recently, and when consulting my service manual on CD, it shows orings in both locations.
What have you guys found?
thanks
Jim

There are 2 viton orings, one at the feed and one on the return line up into the regulator. Add one more for the regulator to the rail I guess.

fuel rail orings cont'd

So i went to my local GM dealer and he provided me with some really tiny orings to be used at the fuel filter and in their opinion at the supply to the rail as well, although their bible shows no orings at that location. They are quite small in diameter and in my estimating will just fall into the filter openings if installed. I can't see it working at the rail either.
Can anyone provide a desciption and/or a pic of the correct one?
As always, many heartfelt thanks for your responses.
Jim

I used a Niehoff set from Schuck's (now part of O'Reilly). GN fuel rail o-rings

If the link doesn't work, search part number 27478, Niehoff fuel line o-ring kit at CSK Auto, and the GM part numbers are also listed on the product page.

Hope this helps.
