SignUp Now!With standard replacement shoes + s-10 cylinders, I can hold 17psi. I posted a video in the brakes section a couple months ago.
I got some aluminum drums. New pads for the front. Gonna cut the rotors I have piles of them around. I'm just gonna buy rebuilt calipers they look cheap enough. I did a vaccum brake conversion already. I had to do the 2 rear steel lines on the rear because 1 was rotted the other twisted off when I unhooked the rubber line to pull the exhaust off in 1 shot. I prefer not to mess with all the rest of the steel lines in the car. The 2 lines coming off the proportioning valve into the master were seized so I cut them and replaced them. The rubber hoses I'm going to replace too! I've done a real lot to bring this thing back from the deadSounds good. Always good to have a TR that's been sitting revived. You may need to broaden that statement and just say "I'm going to have to replace most stuff"!
