had a small problem with a downpipe that i bought about 9 months ago, i though i might have a problem getting something done about it. well not only did he offer to do whatever it took to make it right, he offered his account number to ship it on. really class act everything i have bought from them has been exactly as promised , and if ever a problem resolved immeadiatly great customer service thank you
