Guys,

I just got a call from the track.
Len went 6.98 @ 197 to be the first v6 GN in the 6s.
Congratulations to the Gallinas, Freemans and Duttweilers!!!

BTW I was on my cell so the numbers could be a little off.

I think Dave Fiscus broke the TSO record also with a 8.4X pass.

John,

Your #'s are correct. I just got off the phone with Len and he confirmed 6.98 @ 197+. Congrats to John, Marka, Len, Lisa, Kenny Dutweiler and the whole crew!! BTW, Kenny thinks there's stilll more in the combo and the car could go low 6.90's.

Neal,

Will they make anymore hits this weekend?

John,

Len said that the 6 second pass was their last pass of the day after a couple of 7.0X passes earlier. We'll have to wait until they get back to Vegas to see any more 6 second runs.

Saw the 7.06 pass and the 7.05 pass... missed the 6.xx.

Flying.

Awesome!!!

Congratulations to the Gallina/Freeman crew and also to Mr. Duttweiler! It's seems very fitting to me that they made this record setting pass at BG and with Kenny in attendance. I can imagine for Kenny this had to be such a great feeling for him considering that was his original car so I'm sure he must've felt like a proud poppa watching it run down the track.

check youtube or stay tuned for updates

I got it all on video, will be posted by many people, I think everybody had a camera or video this year...

It was awesome, you had to be there, since the rain on thursday, it was packed with lots to do.... Friday and Saturday

wait until all the photos and videos are put together with links, the interent can be a great thing for the Buick Community...

This team started early today and was the last to leave,

I was at the track at 7 am this morning and saw them at 8 am sharp to make sure the car was ready for today and then left behind them at after 8pm.

Track temp early was 101
