Two things:
cheap tanks might not have the filler neck on them you need to verify before ordering they come w/ or w/ out filler necks.
And patching using the expox stuff is touch and go with the ethanol content in fuels and wont work w/ E-85

As a side note, I discovered a leak in the tank of my DD honda last year. I used some fuel tank patch goo from the parts store and it lasted about 1 year and a couple months... Not terrible for a cheapie fix... I decided to just replace the tank with a new one after it started leaking again. $86 for a tank is a darned good price.

These replacement tanks have the correct baffles inside and everything?

If you have a small pinhole leak in the tank, temporary fix like this works......drive in sheet metal screw in the hole, then epoxy it up.......it works for quite a while until you can get a new tank..........I did I on my '66 Vette's tank, forgot about it, then 10 years later it started leaking again.... but it worked for me that long.
