Gasket questions

Hey all...I got a bunch of gasket questions:
1. Oil Pan gasket?
2. Rear Main Seal; Rope or 2 pc Rubber?
3. Head Gaskets?
4. Front cover; Rope or Rubber?
5. Ehaust header Gaskets? (Poston Headers)

I think that is it for now. I am putting a new motor together, and I dont want a single thing from my old motor...I want all new..>So what is the best item? Cost is not an issue when it comes to these!

1. Duttwieler cork 2. 2pc. rubber 3. If you still have factory sealed head gaskets leave them alone. If not, RJC headgasket kit. 4. Rubber 5. Copper gaskets from Poston's.

go to the Buick dealer and order the stock headgaskets,
i think most people prefer these.
when i bought mine last year , they were around $14 each


as for the header gaskets

poston sells the copper header gaskets, these are way better then anything else, but they are rather pricey, $30-40 bucks
