out of Fla, I believe, Eric ( who workes for Brian) has always been on top of things, when I ordered my fillers, it took a little longer than I expected, but it was out of their control, as Danko works on their own schedule.
if you want good product, expect a slight delay.
I'm sure your parts will arrive, you will like the quality, so its worth the wait.

No I have nothing to gain from this, other than a buick vendor who try's their best, and the list grows smaller.
 
I don't know Brian, or his situation, I just wanted to be kept informed. As for the douche-bag who told me to go order my turbo from Jeg's, if you had read my original post you would have seen that wasn't what I ordered. I don't expect specialized parts for a GN to be quick, I just want to know whats going on. If I was being impatient, I would've called my card company already, and had them pull back the payment.:) Thanks, Chris

Brian has always done right by me. I understand that some things are drop shipped and that he really has no control over it, so i give it a week or 2 for them to get to me. Everytime i've ordered stuff he stocks it's here in 1 or 2 days.

I'm sorry to here you're having problems with your order. but someone stated that he is moving shops.
 
I understand personal issues, that is something everyone deals with. It just seems there have been allot of negative post about Gbody. And it is still continuing:confused:
How many chances are people that spend their money suppose to give a vendor before it is ok to complain about bad service? If they know a part is on back order or may take a few weeks or months to get the part from their suppler - WHY is that not stated on their web page or when you do order it you get an e-mail or phone call letting you know the situation before they charge your card?
 
you have a valid point.

all i can say is that my experience has been good. and that brian has always worked with me.

my standards are high, but i bought some carpet and other stuff from another vendor (not brian), i called and told them they sent me the wrong stuff and of poor quality. i sent it back to them on my dime, and they charged like 20-25% restock fee. when all i wanted was them to send the right stuff back and in good used quality. when i called they told me to make a new order. HA!!! That was a 180.00 dollar loss and learning experience.


have things been perfect with gbodyparts for me, no. i've had 2 legit issues; BUT brian has always made it right.
 
I have gotten in the habit of calling before I order any expensive part to verify they have it in stock. Saved me in the past....

TB.com will not blanket ANY vendor or member if you do some one wrong on TB.com it will be allowed in the feedback forum.
 
there are probably only 3 or 4 HUNDRED GBODYPARTS.COM posts in the last two years- good and bad.
 
trust me chris, you are not going to get rip'd off, brian has gone above and beyond for me and alot of us here, hang tight, i know you want your parts, every time i order, i feel like a kid waiting for christmas day:biggrin: , seriously brian has been a great vendor for us for years and i'm sure he will take care of your order. as someone said communication is the key.
