It's INCREDIBLE the service you get with Brian, not only did he e-mail me with my order status, he had the Audacity to even ask me if i need it this weekend, , Seriously, i have to say that everytime i order from him , I get exceptional customer service. and here is where it really matters to me , my orders are not the monster $500+ orders
it's more like the $100+. I know this for certin, with Brian it does not matter
weather it's $10 or $500 dollars, your still going to get the same quality of service. There are maybe 5 companies I can truly say that about and 3 of the 5 are buick vendors, but the number one on that list, just provided me with excellent service AGAIN I feel we truly are blessed to have such a great vendor and an even better person, supplying us with some of the small things in life that make us smile.

I had to come here and post this, ( Brian, never has asked me or anyone , i know to leave feedback) I believe in the military way, punish in private,

Believe it or not your part didn't show until this afternoon. We already had your next day Saturday Morning delivery sticker made up. So when it arrived we opened 1 box & slapped it into another. Lost alot of $ on shipping but by reading this it makes it all worth it.
Sad part is most of our suppliers are not stocking parts like they used to so it takes longer to get parts in. You should be up & running Tomorrow afternoon.

thank you very much brian, you know even if it would have gotten here on monday, i would have still been very,very happy with the service you provided
me. One thing i forgot to mention guys, i ordered the pump tuesday or wedensday night, so it would'nt be fair for me to expect it here on saturday, but Brian , went way out of his way and even e-mailed me to see if i needed it for this weekend, that type of customer service speaks for it-self.

I agree with his service. The very first thing I ordered from Brian was a near mint maroon center console for my old 84 T and I told him I would send the money order the next week when I got paid. He shipped the console out to me 6 days before I even sent payment. Never met or ordered before that and he trusted me right away. That is class in my book.
