It's been over a week since you promised to send me pics of the parts I've been waiting on. Come on, bud, please process my order or tell me that you can't put it together. I know you're short handed, but my turn should have come up long before now. Since I can't get you on the phone, please tell me here if or when the order will be shipped.

P.S. I purchased a front bumper locally so you can disregard that item.

carlsbadGN: GM told me the fillers were returned. At that point I figured you went elsewhere.My fault. It is picture taking Friday anyway.

I don't know anything about GM saying that the fillers were returned. They just showed up at my residence but they are worthless to me without the other parts of the order.

Let's stop the charade about taking pictures and just send the parts. You know what I need and the condition the parts should be in. An NOS part is new with no damage and an excellent part will look new with a repaint.

I've asked you more times than I can count to tell me when the order will be shipped. You have ignored all my requests for a shipping date with the exception of one. Then, you failed to ship the order citing lack of manpower. You would think after all this time, you would have had an opportunity to take care of this.

I have also asked you numerous times if you really intended to fill this order. You stated, as recent as last week, that you were going to take care of me. Well, I don't feel taken care of and you won't even give me the courtesy of a returned e-mail or phone call.

Again, I ask you for a firm delivery date of my order. Forget the pics, just tell me when the order will be shipped and follow it up. Thank you for taking care of this matter.

Well, I had no intention of this thread being used to snipe GBodyParts. For whatever reason, contacting Brian in the last couple months has become an almost impossible mission. I don't like to conduct my business in a public forum but, unfortunately, this forum is about the only way that I can get his attention.

I have dealt with, and spoken with Brian, on several occasions. I found him to be a likeable guy, and up to this point, very helpful and resourceful. I have no doubts about his personal integrity and I believe his intentions to help are sincere. I have no desire to embarrass, harass, or otherwise belittle Brian or GBodyParts.

All I want is for him to follow through with what he promised to do some time back. I understand the stress and personal hardship that he has encountered for much of this year. However, as a customer, his personal and professional problems are not my concern.

I'm of the old school that believes a man's word is binding. If I make a commitment, I make that a number one priority. I take offense when someone brushes me off as a matter of convenience. Brian repeatedly assured me that I would be taken care, yet I have not seen the goods. Lack of manpower, or other personal commitments, just doesn’t seem to be a valid excuse time after time.

If GBodyParts would like to contact me via e-mail or telephone to resolve this issue in private, he has my e-mail address and number.
