Genll and Tunerpro

So I finally got a cable and wanted to do some logs to fine tune my car.
Tunerpro RT V5
I can get to display data key on engine off fire it up and it works for a bit then shuts down says it's connected but it's no displaying or capturing.
If I manage to get to log a run it captures to about 4000 rpm then stops, other times it stops as soon as I put it in gear.
I checked all the connections on the Genll they appear good.
The USB to serial I have has LEDs to show it's connected I'm going to pick up a different one to try any other ideas?

It still sounds like your serial/USB adapter might be the culprit.
I've only had real good luck with the Dynex brand adapters. Never had an issue with them.
