Hey guys, I'm in the market for a GN and found one for sale but the car seems sketchy and i need some knowledge. It is listed as a GN and the exterior looks correct, but the interior has a bench seat and column shift, not to mention its all tan and brown instead of grey and black. Also, a quick vin search shows that the car is a t-type, but it doesn't have the t-type turbo arrangement. So am i looking at a t-type with a GN engine swap or is this a common thing for '85 GN's to have he plain regal interior and t-type vin?http://dallas.craigslist.org/dal/cto/4276323906.html

ok thanks. that engine bay looked way to nice for 95,000 mile car. not to mention its in a different resolution. I'm waiting on the guy to text me a pic of the engine bay but he's dragging his feet. So i guess its as i suspected, a blacked out t-type?
better t-types or grand nationals? i agree on the t-types but every GN around here is RIDICULOUSLY high priced.

yea 8500 for a dd 85 gn is high imho. you can get a decent 86-87 for about the same maybe a lil more..
And all T-Type's are wannabes GN's
