This car was at the GS NAts in BG last year in the car show. I talked to the gal that was there with it and she said it took many years to build that car, can't remeber exactly but I think it was around 10 years in the making. And it was strickly for show and not raced, at least at BG.
Was a very nicely done car. I like the "QUICK" emblem on the front instead of "BUICK"..... how is it that those 2 words are exactly the same except the first letter but not pronounced the same although they belong together

Is Kirbans an actual emblem? I've seen these on ebay before that were nothing more than a very thin aluminum plate sticker that is stuck on top of the factory emblem.

I have never seen those cheapy ones. I thought the ones at Kirbans were the real deal. Seems I have not seen them in a while though...

Yes, thats one of the best car pictures I've seen in awhile.

THe Kirban emblem was a real one and not an overlay as I recall. Being 4 bucks makes me think it's an overlay though.

The only elky's I liked were the late 60's early 70's Chevelle Looking ones. My friend bought an 84 I believe with a tired ass 305 and it runs like a 3 legged dog.

That ELKY IS HOT!!!!! It looks sick with the GN front and all black paint and GNX fenders. Wow! If my friend Kevin would do that to his I'd actually like it. Right now its turd brown.

yeah the kirban emblem is a stick on aluminum deal. i guess for $4 i cant complain and should have known better. oh well. jeremy
