I was get stuff ready for my weekend in St. Louis standign in my driveway in Osage Beach as I see a black car with wire wheels (i think) coming down the road......

Does anybody know who this is or have pictures of it? I took off in my car down the dead end road (with lots of arms) and didn't find it...
I'd love to talk to the guy. I am not sure if it had MO plates or no....I was in awww again. Man I need a turbo 6!
