I usually only like bone stock GNX's but that one kicks a$$! Very well done. Sharp looking GNX! And a low number too! I would say 42K or better..

this guy builds some high end cars i have seen a couple of them there underscribable!!!! if thats a word

there is a guy on here that lives down in florida that has one of heath's cars.

that car is flat out b*tchin, i gotta get me one of those some day!!!

All of Heath's cars are rolling works of art!

I must say, that's the only GNX that I have seen with a fixed mast antenna.

The world of GNX'S is "out of sight"====but even if tastefully done----I really like an original one.Just hate to see a modded GNX---if this goes for 42K+--the one in my garage is worth a mint!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A couple years ago I fell in love with Heath's TTA. My wife and I wanted to buy it, but it was a little pricey. I still have a pic of it hanging in my office. His GNX is truly a work of art, but I would never have the heart to do that to one. He used to have a really nice GNX clone several years ago.

That is one cool car, nicely done. Only thing is, I don't think it will bring as much as if it were still stock.

I say no more than $40,000 - then again, who knows for sure:)

If anything keeps the bidding down I don't think it will be the mods so much as he does not have the original turbo or wheels.

I predict it goes mid to upper 30's, but it's nice enough that two bidders could get into a war and it goes for big bucks.

I would LOVE to have that GNX. You could buy it and not feel guilty for modifying it because someone else already did.:) Car must have lead a hard life to have the tranny rebuilt at 17k miles. Wonder what the whole story is on the car. Theft recovery? Wrecked or just plain abused in it's early life.

I say it goes for $38, 500. Would be hard to duplicate at that price including buying a real GNX to do it to.

I'd say mid 30's ... NICE car !!! BUT I think GNX owners would rather have a "stock" type car .

I'm going to say low $50's. I think there will be a little bidding war between a couple of people who don't really care for authenticity. Car is beautiful and somebody will bid off emotion instead of logic?

$52,500 is my guess

I remember gnx 59 was for sale on this board at one time? Very nice car. Lot of work went into that car.

I agree Mark.. He popped a head gasket too .. thats why the engien was rebuilt.. Ill bet it led a tough young life.. I think it will go for 40k.
Heath Elmer has a great rep in the TR world as quality built cars..

I think stock is best, but looks like it was done right and no expense was spared. What kind of times would that combo be capable of by the way?

IMO I think the mods will hurt the value. I love the car, but I think it will not fetch what an original GNX would get. I will say $35K. If it was stock I believe it would fetch low to mid $40's.

I can't wait to see what he ends up getting for it.

I remember when his black/silver GN was on eBay, I love'd that car and even had high bid, but it did not meet the reserve, I emailed him that the bidding didn ot reach what my high bid was, but he had already sold the car since the reserve was not met :( The bidding only went up to about $22k on that car and this one has skyrocketed to $32k already. I would not have a problem buying a car from Heath, even a modded GNX, cause as mentioned, you won't feel guilty driving it hard :)

Looks like my $35K guess will get passed by the time I am done typing. :D
