you guys remember that untitled gnx on ebay with the buy it now for $108000.
i received a message over our police trek sytem and it was apparently stolen right out of where it was being stored. damn shame. they have the suspects on video.

I caught 2 teens breaking into my car a few years ago, I beat the living hell out of them, then I got charged with assault, and they got off because they were juevenilles.

Yeah, I got out of it lickity split, it's just amazing how you can get charged for **** like that.
I think I got charged just because I did beat the piss out of them, I even had 3 knuckles broke after the scrap, just from hitting them. I'm 6'5", 245lbs, they were 17/18 y/o probably 140-150 lbs, it wasn't fair at all. But I'm sure you guys would react the same if it happened to you.

I hate knowing that the day I get mine running is the day I need to fork over $800.00 for LoJack, and that's with the addition of a tracking alarm and 3 kill switches.

You're right. It wasn't fair at all. The police should have held them down and allowed you to finish. After all, it was two against one. You should have sued their parents for the repairs to the car, and also for having a-holes for kids, and probably for being a-holes themselves. Now that would have been fair.

Its always a shame when this happens. MrNate, I'd react the same, adrenaline and anger can make for a dangerous cocktail.....an 2 guys vs you wasn't fair. I bet they learned a lesson the won't son forget. Way to go teach'!
You almost can't advertise cars like this for sale, it's bad when it's unsafe to you and the car to simply sell something. Many here know how we lost a t-type by an autotrader tire kicker visiting. Its a shame some people are such trash, they'll kill you to steal a car to part it out at $.10 on the dollar. There should be hunting licenses for these.

Insurance scam! Thats the first thing I thought of. This dealer bought this car, joined the site and posted how they wanted to keep it for a long time blah blah blah. Then 2 days later it was on Ebay for $30K more. Now, they are out the $80K or so they paid for it and cant sell it becuase of the market. What better way to make you money back by stealing your own car, parting it out. Selling the parts and collecting the insurance.

hmm thats strange. maybe they used the picture of your car from ebay. the narrative stated it was worth $108,000. however, the polive titled the the report as a stolen GDX.
