Going to LVD Sat 5/22

Hopefully the weather will hold out, scattered T-storms are forecast for that area but I'll be keeping my eye on it.

First time back to the track this year, hope to get a 12.40 out of the GN. A good friend of mine will be racing for his first time, should be fun.

Anyone interested in going?

Got rained out. We got to the exit to got on the MA Pike and it started pouring.

If next weekend turns out nice, we'll be going then.

There's an open track rental June 4 I was thinking of taking the GN to. If I start working on it that is.

Lots of small stuff to do to get it ready for racing.

What's your buddy racing? T.R. I hope.

He's got a black 350/4speed/3.42 12-bolt '68 Camaro, he just finished the entire suspension with Global West components. Never thought a '68 Camaro could handle so good.

He should get a 12.90 or so out of it.

i live in bristol RI i was intrested in going to the dragstrip in conn. because i heard it was really nice

could you tell me exatley where it is because my gn will done in a few weeks and i was wondering if the track in conn. is closer than new england dragway because its like a 2 hour drive?

There is still no drag strip in CN that I'm aware of. LVD is across the MA/NY border about 15 minutes from the first NY exit after the MA Pike.

I believe it is in West Lebanon or just Lebanon, real close to where routes 20 and 22 cross just over the Mass. border into NY.
