I made only one pass and it was after a 1 hr drive with about 20 minute cool down time.
I did not tune at all. This is how the chip came
24 lbs boost
Tire pressure 18lbs
Driver air bag@ 5
Passenger @ 15
Launch at 3lbs. The most I could build without pushing car

R/t. .550
60'. 1.694
330. 4.856
1/8. 7.563
Mph. 90.37
1000. 9.923
1/4. 11.945
Mph. 110.96

Is there anything I can improve on or am I at my limit. If I am I am extremely satisfied.

For first time out that's good. There is more left in it. Tune for mph.

I hope mine will run that good one day! We have similar parts except I have the stock cam.
I almost upgraded it while I was down replacing a headgasket last year :(.
I'm at 20-21 PSI. Is there much gain from 20-24or 25 with these size turbo's ?

That's a great run, nice job. Your 60' looks really good with such a soft launch too. I would have thought the car would have trapped about 116-118 though.

The took off super but after the 1/8 it wasn't nearly aggressive. But I guess that's normal.

I have never done any tuning and I am kinda gun shy about trying because I have had so many issues with car and its finally running great.

I can't afford to break anything because of a mistake I make
 
that is an outstanding first pass without any tuning! You may be a lil in the fat side with the 110mph but without any logging its hard to say for sure....what were your o2's like going down the track? One of the first passes in my car it ran a 12.0 at 110mph and it was pig rich...and I had a crappy 60' compared to yours. The next pass I leaned it out a lil and gave it 1 degree of timing and it went 11.74@116 I still have not 60'd as good as your car but I just put in a new PTC converter which should fix that problem.

Put some S-10 rear wheel cylinders they are a lil bigger and will help you hold more boost, if your happy leave it there that is a very respectable pass! I bet your a lil rich so if you want to make a pass and pay attention to your mv's going down the track mine were in the mid to low 800's pig rich.....pull some fuel out and I bet your mph will shoot up you should trap 115-117

I have power logger but I forgot to start it.
I only made on pass because i was leaving the and headed to cruising the coast which was 112 miles one way
