I'd really recommend shipping it to extreme automatics. There's a guy named jake in dfw somewhere, but I can't vouch for him. Also jack Laswell may or may not build them.

I can and will vouch for Jake Shoe. He's a member of the board and specializes in GM RWD trannies. I've been to his shop as well as his home and he doesn't let a lot of customers do that, so that should tell you something. My 700R4 in my truck just went out and have been trying to get hold of him to get it fixed. If it's a GM RWD tranny and you want ti fixed locally then Jake's the one I'd take it to. His number is 940-488-1018 but you'll most likely get his voice mail. It's the holiday season after all.
Jake does good work and so does jack laswell. Phoenix out in Weatherford built the 2004r duke McClain was using the last few seasons.
Is it slipping? Something broke? Fluid looking dark?
