Hey I have no idea if anyone can help me. I had no idea where to post this question so please feel free to move this post to where it belongs. I am hoping maybe one of you is more carburator knowledgeable than I am. I got a 55 chevy bel-air with a 400 small block and I cant get it to idle nice. Its got a holly 750cfm 4 barrel carb on it. I have tried the diff idle adj screws but it just dosent want to idle at all. We tried running the air fuel screws all the way in and back out 1.5 turns and than going from there but just dosent want to work. To me it feels like its not getting fuel. Starts up and runs than dies. I hope someone who does the early hot air cars can help with the carb tech. I am just not that carb savy. Hope I dont upset anyone by posting this, I just know I can always get answers to lifes tough questions here!!!! :D ;)
Thanks
-Andrew
