60' is all over the place but where it counts at the 1/4 its really consistent

Most of the runs where by myself. I couldnt get any takers :D. Hoping to get next to that Supra.. but the rain came in..

First run.. engine temps where at 130 after burnout.. that why I let the other guy go.. just trying to get some heat in the motor.

The leaving early happened when I was staged in the Protree lanes. They decided to run a sportsman tree.. So I assummed it was going to be a protree..when I saw the lights and the car was already in boost.. see ya.

I really want to work on getting launch RPM's up and keeping the boost low.. The solution may be adding another WG to bleed off boost. The car is leaving at 4k rpm's and 10 PSI approx. Sometimes 8, sometimes 11-12 due to WG.. it comes up quick.. no complaints.. but I need to sit down and think about this. May give Cal a call since his expertise on stuff like this would smoke mine.. If I can get the launch boost and rpm squared away, I bet there's an easy .1-.2 off the et.

Paul, really thinking of giving the MSBC another try using a CO2 setup.. its already installed.. so wiring and such should be simple.. And add the boost switch to help with CO2 consumption..
 
What year is the stang and tell me about the motor.
1989. 348. Eagle crank, eagle rods, JE off the shelf pistons, Cam Motion HYD roller cam, Holley Systemax heads with light porting by Keech, block is an A4.
Trans is a glide with 1.80's, TCI ProXtreme converter. Rear is an 8.8, Eaton posi, 31 spline axles, 3.55 gears. 3.27's and spool may be next on the list..
Headgaskets.. graphites :D
Engine management FAST XFI
Turbo T4 88mm with .96 a/r
4 inch exhuast with muffler. Although it ran the same with the 3.5 setup.
 
plumb using wastegate mode , map sensor for controller goes into the line to the top of wastegate instead or reading manifold pressure it reads gate pressure
little getting used to because you dial in target desired minus spring pressure give or take a psi or two .. but there will be no overshoot and control is dead steady
