Hey guys,
I got the line pressure issue fixed, but now I have a new problem. First off it seems my shift points are late under light throttle.
1-2=30 2-3=41 3-4=53 4-3=50 3-2=40. I'd like to get it into 4 at about 45....but now for the real problem.
I did a full throttle 2-1 downshift, which it did seem to do but when we got back on it after backing out it seemed to not wanna go into 3rd. My Dad steps in it at this point and the car seemed to slip real bad and right when it did that the ignition cuts out. Ok....get going again and back under light throttle and get it up into what I think is 3rd and once again the ignition cuts out. At this point because my battery was on its way out it would not start again and I had to get a tow home by a Ford
. I'm thinking a problem in the converter or TCC. Any thoughts?
Update: The reason the ignition cut out.....out of GAS
